In my experience very few people read charters, they just post. I'm not
rejecting any postings for being off-topic (apart from the ones that are
*really* off-topic). The problem is a lack of postings, not any topic
restrictions.
As Gandhi said, "You must be the change you want to see in the world."
In other words, if you want to see more photography traffic here, you'll
have to post it. (Or at least some of it, and hopefully as a result
encourage others to join the conversations with you.)
