I was lucky that my brother owned a Nikon CoolScan 4000ED (at an
airshow, he can shoot 40 rolls in a week...), so I just had to buy the
adapter.

I, too, am still using APS in a Vectis S-1. I just bought some Kodak
HD100 and I am looking forward to comparing it to Fuji F100 and D100.
The mid-roll change is indispensable for me - I usually use 100, 200,
400 and 400 B&W, sometimes all in one day. I rarely use the 800 ISO,
but I still have a roll or two in the freezer (together with a couple
of Fuji F100s).

I think the HD100 is ony available in Europe as I have not seen it
here in the USA. Too bad as a good 100 APS film would be nice. Only
thing I have been able to find 100 wise is on ebay and it is old
stuff.

I have five of the little Jr. models, and have never yet seen the 'H'
appear. Obviously, I have extras if I need one. I might be persuaded to give
up an Elp jr. reasonably to a good home, however.

Bought it in Stanstead Airport in the W.H.Smith there (the one after
the security check).

Yesterday I went to the S&G concert at the Colosseo, and shot about
four rolls, I'll let you know how Tom & Jerry came out on
photograph...

For the first time in memory I left the Pentax 6x7 and the OM-2 at home
for our week at the beach, and took only the Vectis and its three
lenses, 6 rolls of Advantix 400, one of Fuji 800 (and my digital video
camera). Will post anything good when everything comes back. Don't know
how the pictures will compare with previous years using the 6x7 and the
OM-2, but the ease of use and lightness of the Vectis S1 and the lack
of fear of splashing made it a lot more fun to take pictures this year.
