Can everyone weigh in on something for me please? could you rate (in
your own opinion) the top magazine(s) for:

general photography
outdoor "
medium format
etc....?????



what i'm looking for is a good magazine or two for my brother-in-law.
he's serious about actually learning more about how to best utilize the
cameras he has. any help would be appreciated. thanks.

Actually "Outdoor Photography" is an excellent magazine regardless of the
camera your brother-in-law has. Get him a subscription for a couple of years
if he has interests in both photography and the outdoors.
