film lab listings anywhere?

Post subject: film lab listings anywhere?

Hi all,

I've been looking for a good lab for color prints, some enlargements, and
eventually some black and white work. I've heard of a couple of places, but
the reviews were mixed. Is there any place that lists the better labs, or
at least labs and reviews of them?

This is not exactly what you asked for, but if you think Kodak's
Prefect Touch Processing has good quality, their website has a store locator
for outlets:

Many of these locations also have in store minilabs. There is no evaluation
of these labs.

The photo.net community assesses various labs around the country and world:

In general you are better off doing your own traditional-B&W processing
and printing. Otherwise the best results are often obtained using a
digital minilab with color-desaturation software, in which case a good
color print film works just as well as cromogenic B&W:
