I just want to take this moment and thank everyone who has helped me
with their sound advice about photographic issues during my brief stay
here. I certainly learned a lot thanks to your expert advice and know-
how. I especially enjoyed the humor and sense of community
immensely.
I have to admit there were cruel times, but I hold no malice towards
those who inflicted it.
I wish you all the very best. Again, thank you so very much.
Helen

I want to set the record straight and say it has nothing to do with
the wars that have been going on here. There are arguments in the
finest of families and communities. If anything the battles I was
involved in made me a stronger person.
My reasons are completely and extremely personal.

I don't want the SI to die, so I may continue to participate in that.
Thanks to you all for your kind words.
Helen

I hope that doesn't mean you are planning to leave, Helen. You have
brought a lot to this newsgroup, and I am sure many people here
(myself included) would be very sorry to see you go.

I can understand not wishing to post on this NG any further and it
takes a big person to hold no malice against anyone. I do hope that
you will chime in from time and again to let us know you are still
there. Even if it is just "lurking".
You have shown us the beauty of B&W images. The reality of your town
in those images. Your kind heart has shown us the goodness in people
still exists in the world. Your loyality to friends shows the real
meaning of friendship.
If we do not hear from you again, it will be a great loss to the
group. May you continue chatting and showing your work.

Draco

Thanks Draco, that was very sweet.
I won't be posting as much as I have, but I will indeed hang around.
