And how about photography and art? Photography obviously can't be art as the
photographer just presses buttons to let the camera do the hard work...

Here is the Basic Author's Tookit: ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ^lower.
All you have to do is arrange the letters into a great novel.<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ --> >> Stay informed about: Why computer keyboarding is not typing! |

More to the point, there is no "type," i.e., no cast metal to make an
impression.
And all words must always mean what they "originally" meant, right? <!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ --> >> Stay informed about: Why computer keyboarding is not typing! |

And drawing with a pencil isn't really art -- real art is carving in clay
tablets... <!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ --> >> Stay informed about: Why computer keyboarding is not typing! |

Actually, the lower case keys are more easily accessed by shortening the
overall amount of time that you're sitting at the typewriter (e.g. N-x = n,
where x equals log e). If you sit at the typewriter too long everything
starts blocking up and the writing may start to develop a very harsh and
stark feel to it. Of course if you're going for that nihilist tone then it
may work for you.<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ --> >> Stay informed about: Why computer keyboarding is not typing! |

Heh. Let me add something for fellow graphic artists who use Wacom
products. Silly me, I only just now discovered that my tablet PC _is_ a
Wacom pad. So we can draw, and so forth, with all Wacom features right on
the screen. Now to find some fast drives. <!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ --> >> Stay informed about: Why computer keyboarding is not typing! |
