blix black stain

I work for a college that has an old colenta ep-2 processor that i converted over to RA-4. my problem is that every so often my blix goes south, leaving the hardest to get rid of black stain all over the rollers. multiple, multiple, multiple treatments of clorox will eventually take it off, but it's a pain. any suggestions?
