Kitt,

I am sorry that you don't agree that identifying a problem supplier
deserves a wide audience than purely the readers of this newsgroup.

This newsgroup is not moderated, but does have a charter, by which the
users should abide. I see the charter as a document which will be
interpreted by the users of the newsgroup, but I suspect that many of the
new posters will not have studied the charter before posting.

Let's work together to maximise the value of this group to its members!

They did the same thing to me. I ordered a Nikon 4800, and the next day they called me to tell me they needed my CV2 number, which I know I entered on the order form. Then they told me the product did not come with the battery and charger and it would be an additional $80.00. The description on this site and every other site did include the battery and charger. When I told them to cancel the order, The customer service agent became very hostile. I should have checked them out.
