Got My 20D Today - Zoombrowser - From Ritz by the way, I hate shopping there but they were the only shop in Chicago that had one...and I got their first. I did notice today when installing the 20D, every graphics program I have...Photoshop 7, ACDSEE, Ulead sees the camera and can..

Oly 8080 $499 at Fry's today - One-day sale, one per customer, $499 for the Olympus 8080 at Frys. Dang, I'd be there if only it had a higher ISO with low noise. Probably a 20D or 350XT in my future. But geez, $499 for that camera... makes you wonder what might be coming out soon? ....

Just got my Pentax Optio S4 today! - All I gotta say is damn, this thing is small! I haven't done anything with it except charge the battery tonight, I will dig into it tomorrow. One thing that should have been corrected with this camera is the battery/card slot door, it is VERY flimsy...

Got my Maxxum 7D today! Yahoo! - I love this thing. I'm still bummed that Minolta didn't aim for 8mp or more, but hell, Nikon still has a 4mp digital SLR that goes for over 3,000 US, so I guess I didn't do too badly. Take care, JD

Best Buy had a HUGE sale today! - I don't know if this was just at the store I went to, or if it was at all Best Buy stores across the country but... I went in today to check out some of the cameras in person, I wasn't ready to buy yet because I'm selling my Fuji, and putting that money...
