Can anyone recommend a good, relatively cheap tripod that can handle an RB?
I've been using a carbon one, and it's starting to scare me because the RB is
so heavy and it tends to wobble easily. I really like some of the Bogen ones
I've used, but I'd like to stay under $125, if at all possible. Thanks in
advance.

Get one designed to handle the weight. If it has a center post, then throw
away any 'O' they might use, then disable the center post by drilling
through it and putting a stout bolt or two through it.<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ -->

I have a Bogen/Manfrotto 055 Pro... I don't know its code in US
it's sturdy (and heavy) enough to place a RB67 on it
I'd avoid cheap ball heads... maybe a three-way axis head will perform
better<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ -->

If you want a decent quality tripod for $125 max, I suggest you look on ebay
for secondhand - especially if it's had only amateur use.<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ -->
