Archived from groups: rec>photo>film+labs (more info?)

I have a few rolls of film that looks like it has been reloaded into
Agfa c-41 film canisters.

The film has a green color to it on both the base and emulsion side.
Dark green on base side!

After processing 6 inches in a B&W processor it appears to be fogged

There is a small letter S every 4-5 sprocket holes.

No numbers no barcodes.

Any ideas?

There are specialty 35mm films, like those made for cineflourography, which
can be fun to experiment with. The Kodak cineflouro film I have is quite
green -- no experience with it yet, so I can't comment on how it processes
in b/w developer. Maybe something like that?
