Nothing, but as a viewfinder subject to glare
reflection on bright sunny conditions.

The Olympus SP-550UZ, SP-560UZ, and SP-570UZ cameras shoot raw.

You listed the A640 in response to a query about compacts that do raw. The
G9, listed immediately above your reply does this. The A640 does not do raw
out of the box, which is pretty obvious what the OP was looking for. Had
the OP asked for cameras that do raw by hacking them, that could be just
about any of them.

I eventually got a Ricoh GRD - I love it! goes everywhere with me -
chose it over the GRDII due to the sensor

Need small, light camera for travel - I have a Canon A20 which I like very much. However I want a reliable camera that is smaller, lightweight, and good for traveling. A good point-and-shoot is OK. Any suggestions?

Point & shoots, no improvement as long as sensors stay SMALL - Terrible, terrible. You see where ultrazooms have taken formerly acceptable flagship P&Ss? Old 3-5x zoomed P&S's with 2/3" sensors were 10x better than this horror. Imagine if they had stuck with them, and kept improving the processing? ....

Small Digital Camera - I'm after a very small digital camera, it must be at least 3MP and have 3x Optical Zoom. I'm interested in the Pentax Optio S4i which has dimensions around 52*83*20 Is there anything similar/better that I should be looking at? Many thanks
