Recommendation Needed *dSLR with facial recognition*

Hello Friends (critins need not read on)

I have my first porn shoot after a wedding on saturday night and need
to upgrade my gear.

What is a good dSLR with facial recognition?
Will this camera still recognise faces covered in ejaculate? (money
shots)

I really hoped my daughter would see sense and get someone else to do
this shoot but she loves my work.
