I think you'll find that Pentax is going after the the advanced amateur market, and the K20D has some nice features for a camera in this class and price-point. The 21fps may be a gimmick and a seldom/never used feature, but at that frame-rate the K20D should be able to capture ~5.5-seconds of movie-quality stills.
