Hey-

I'm looking to purchase a camera that will allow me to connect it to a
PC and control the functions via the PC. I am trying to almost emulate
the type of computer/camera setup that would be present at a DMV for
when a drivers license picture is taken.

My perfect situation would be to have the camera connected to the PC
with a live image preview on the the PC (similar to the function of a
webcam). The camera also needs to be a TWAIN compatible device.

Does anyone have any tips/suggestions on how I could set this up?
Thanks!

Going into the fake ID business? Hmmmm??

Just about any brand name DSLR can be connected to a PC via a USB cable.
You'll need the appropriate brand AC adaptor.
