I have found from Minolta (UK) that they can still supply a case for
the Vectis S1 - although it has to be ordered from a Minolta
dealer. The price is an outrageous £45 or around $81!!

This item is described as an 'ever ready case'but from the only
(rather unclear) photo of it that I have seen it looks more like a
pouch/bag.

I would be interested to receive a description of it from anyone who
owns this case - plus their opinion as to its quality/usefulness.

I have a Lowepro top loader case of the appropriate size - but with
all the padding plus an accessory pocket it is far too bulky for my
liking, which negates the advantage of the small size of the S1.

I keep my S1 in a "Town and Country" case form Jessops - the S1 with 25-150
lens fits in very nicely and there is an external pocket which holds spare
batteries and film.

Good hunting, Denis.

The bag I use is the Town & Country "Mini bag" - JESTCMBBL / GL ( BL for
Blue and GR for Green colour).

I also have a Town and Country "Medium Photo Bag" (which is small by 35mm
size).
It takes 2 S1 bodies 4-5 lenses, a flash, spare film and batteries and some
non-photo items such as a GPS.
The codes for it are JESTCPBMBL / GR.
