If you'd read the next line of my post you would have seen the tie-in I
was showing between the dog robot AIBO and the famous dog Nipper.

Read it I did. (notice the smiley?) My reply to you was an

You are in a maze of twisty passages.
You hear the sound of running lager. There is a door to the east.

Hello, Blinky:
Sony made a "robotic dog," you say? Who knew? <g>
Actually, I happen to own a remote-controlled "Robopet" (which is from
WowWee Ltd. <http://www.wowwee.com>, not Sony).
Robopet features built-in behavior modes and he can be programmed
and "trained," howl, "break wind," play dead, "relieve" himself, etc.
Hence, my little, plastic "mutt" (7 inches long) is pretty impressive,
I think.

As I've had to explain elsewhere, the two lines I wrote are to be taken
together.

And after all, what good's a pet - silicon *or* carbon based - that
doesn't break wind.

Hello, ASAAR:
Well, to be honest, these Web pages contain what I'd hinted at, in my
prior post:
Wikipedia - Operation Chastise

Wikipedia - The Dam Busters (film)

If you want a dog that farts, why not simply go down to the SPCA and get a
real one?

I don't want a dog of any kind.

Thus my inclusion of them in what I said, above.

And to be nearly as honest, I kinda thought that you would have
known. But not so for many of the others in this ng, especially

Hello, Dudley:
As you and "Blinky" may be bored to learn, flatulence has never been an
issue, regarding any of our own furry friends, over these past several
decades.
Which may have do to with the simple fact that, they've always been
given dry dog food.
