Thank you all for the quick replies. The Oto 54 is wonderful, but
finding the lensboards are a pain. I found some in Ebay, but I got
outbid every time. The sad reality is that my wage is not in dollars or
euros. I have a limit to what I can buy.

Ritght now, I have located the latub 2, and a Seipla. The problem with
both of them is that they have 25mm threads, not 39mm. The other
problem is that they are selling each for 150 u$s, which is
outrageously high for me.

This is why I am looking for a machinist to do a replica of them,
adjusting the threads to 39mm.

Well, that's all I can do right now. But you better be sure that I am
not giving up on my Laborator. I saved my money for two years to buy
the darn thing!

The 25mm thread is probably a flat screw-in adaptor from 39mm down to
25mm this is how my Latub came from its first owner.

This is absolutely ridiculous. A bit of patience and you should find a
latub on ebay for about $30.

best
