Any recommendation for a good quality black-&-white film processing lab
in Singapore?

I recommend using a C41 type film like Ilford's XP2 if you aren't going
to process a black and white film yourself. Also, you will get you film
back in 1 hour! However, this advice might not be any use because you
might have already taken the film already...<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ -->
