Has anyone tried this film yet? I previously posted that, in 4x6" (10x15
cm.) prints, the HD looks like the regular Advantix 400. I'm wondering
if anyone has tried the HD and made enlargements.

Yup bought a roll of it and was not happy with the results at all. You
are better off going on Ebay and getting some Fuji 100 film that is
expired and toss it in your freezer. Better yet I have about 150+
rolls of Fuji 100 you can buy off of me. Since getting the 10D I am
not using the EOS IX anymore.

Seriously though the grain was no better than the regular advantix 200
film they have. I find that the Fuji 200 is a better film. I was
shooting the HD200 on the EOS IX with the Canon 70-200/4 L and the
Canon 50/1.4 USM. I scanned the film on the Minolta Scan Elite II and
made 4x7 prints and the film was not as sharp when compared to the
Fuji 100. I even printed a few larger prints and the Fuji was
acceptable where the Kodak was lacking.

Thanks, Valder. Another example of Kodak's "smoke & mirrors" advertising.
